Hi Y'all, I'm Morgan!

I’m a self-taught cake designer with over 15 years of experience creating custom cakes for life’s most meaningful celebrations. What began in a college apartment—decorating cakes for family, friends, and sorority sisters—quickly grew into a true passion and a thriving business.

Originally from central Pennsylvania (Go Penn State!), I moved to Wilmington in 2013 after earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. That background shaped the way I approach my cake artistry: with precision, structure, and attention to detail. Every design is thoughtfully constructed to be both beautiful and structurally sound.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of creating wedding cakes and celebration desserts for hundreds of couples and families throughout coastal North Carolina. I also teach cake decorating classes monthly at Little Loaf Bakery and Schoolhouse, sharing the techniques and creativity that make this craft so rewarding.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find me teaching line dance classes, training for a road race, or spending time with my husband (you may spot him on delivery days!) and our two pups.
